Installation and Debugging
The customer is responsible for receiving, unpacking and transporting the machine to the installation site; responsible for maintaining and maintaining 5S on site. If there are hazardous gases or dust, ventilation or collection measures should be set up to avoid environmental pollution caused by air circulation.
The seller will prepare the installation schedule and equipment installation requirements in advance, notify the customer to prepare the relevant electricity, gas, vacuum, water, etc. to the installation site, and arrange personnel to assist in the installation of the equipment; the site is responsible for the installation, commissioning and system integration of the equipment
Staff Training
The seller sends skilled experts to provide free on-site training for relevant customer personnel (including process technology, operation and maintenance personnel).
Training objectives: Ensure that customers can understand the working principle and usage of the equipment, master the equipment operation process, and independently complete the relevant test items specified in the technical agreement.
Training content:
l Working principle and operating procedures of line equipment;
l Software functions, programming and application of line equipment;
l Equipment maintenance;
l Emergency and incident handling plans.
Training requirements: The parties shall negotiate the specific training time according to the specific situation of the customer's relevant personnel. The customer shall designate fixed personnel to receive all training content from the seller and shall not frequently change the training personnel.
Manufacturer's Commitment
Brand new equipment commitment: Our company promises that all equipment parts are newly processed or purchased from regular manufacturers. Equipment failure rate ≤3%, mean recovery time (MTTR) ≤3h, mean trouble-free time ≥3000h.
Confidentiality commitment: Our company promises that all documents and items provided by your company will never be disclosed to any third party or used for purposes other than the contract purpose.
Lifetime after-sales service commitment:
l Customers enjoy a one-year free warranty period for the machine (excluding wearing parts) from the date of acceptance of the equipment.
l After the one-year warranty period, the damaged and replaced parts of the equipment will be charged at cost.
l Customers enjoy free software upgrades and related technical support for life.
l If there is any quality abnormality, the manufacturer's after-sales service personnel should arrive at the customer's site within 24 hours after receiving the information. If the equipment has a general fault, the manufacturer must eliminate the fault within 1 natural day; if the equipment has a functional fault, the manufacturer must eliminate the fault within 3 natural days.
